Couldn't believe where this little boy was playing....literally in the street. You couldn't hardly see him because he was in the shade next to this car. There's only a little room to squeeze by in a car too. CRAZY!!
Saturday the Knapps had a going away party for Chastity and I, Megan, the Dolo's and Gary. They have practically had all of us sign contracts that we will come back.
Chaz taking the dare to hold this half dead fish that our captain spotted floating in the water on the way home. He suddenly turned the boat around and grabbed it out of the water and said, "dinner tonight". A half dead fish for dinner, yummy.
On our way home from Yelapa Laura saw something pretty amazing......and I'm not sure what it was.
Chastity had a friend come and visit her on the beach too. He was totally content on just laying in the shade underneath our chairs.
When we made it to the top we were amazed at how beautiful the waterfall was. You can jump in the pool at the bottom of the falls but we decided against it since the water was so cool.
Chastity looking like a real cowgirl.
We decided to splurge and take a horseback ride through the town and up to the waterfall. I loved this picture because our tour guide looks like Napoleon Dynamite when he comes riding in for Kips wedding.

This little guy came by to visit us on the beach, we were cracking up at his ears.
This kid got out of the water taxi in Yelapa yelling at his mother, "I HATE you mom and I MEAN it!!!!" Ah, the joys of being surrounded by tourists and their appreciative children.
Laura has found her a new friend.
Ethan, here is the start of something very painful.
A view from the mountains of Yelapa beach.
Friday we decided to take off and go to Yelapa, a cool little town that is only reached by boat. There are 4-wheelers, horses and mopeds for transportation there. You can take a boat taxi that is packed with tourists and leaves every hour, or as we did, hire a local and his son to take just your crew in their boat for much cheaper.
Meagan was cutting Chastity's hair so the rest of us sat and watched.
I think they should reconsider their tire sizes.
Laura striking a pose and Meagan dolling herself up.
Burro in a buggy.
Wednesday we surprised Megan. All along she thought Erin and Caleb were coming for a weeks visit but instead her boyfriend Ethan, along with his sister Laura and her friend Meagan walked through the doors.
We weren't sure it this was a poisonous frog or not but it WAS beautiful. My flash stopped working on my camera so it's not the best picture.
Todd and Amy took the three of us out to dinner on Tuesday.
The Sapphire Princess cruise ship, the 23rd largest in the world. Capacity is 2,670 and it weighs 115,875 gross tons! Sometimes there will be as many as 4 cruise ships docked here. One of the stops for the cruise ships use to be Acapulco but many of them are now avoiding it because of recent drug violence there.
Megan, Luke (from Centro congregation) and Corbin
Sunday after the meeting a group of us went to the beach for surfing and boogie boarding. I didn't realize the waves got that massive but at this beach they took us to....huge!
Our next door neighbors little boy was playing peek-a-boo with us.
This is a massage parlor. Looks like the masseuse just got a massage herself.
Megan got this shot while out in service. The four amigos.
This little boy is not pushing his little brother, instead he's working. The carriage is full of watermelons that he's selling.
Stopping for a coffee break at the Rempels.
It stinks to be in a wheelchair here in PV, because even when the city accommodates your needs they.....don't.
This is one of the kingdom halls over in old town PV. There are a total of 40 congregations in Puerto Vallarta!!
Neither are there any laws on how you transport your children.
I have a feeling they don't have OSHA here in Mexico. That's a plank of wood stuck between the rebar that he's standing on!

Jasmine is now on the map in Mexico.
I'm SO tired!
wow... the waves and the beach where u went surfing looks amazing! I wish I was there... b/c L. Champlain is still froze over (therefore no waves).
